Rules of accommodation for guests with pets:

1. Pet mean cats and dogs. The maximum size of your pet sholdn’t exeed 40 cm in the withers , maximum weight is 6 kg.
Exept guide dogs.
Exotic animals, rodents and reptiles are prohibited.

2. Maximum 2 pets are allowed in one apartment.
Guests with 1 pet can be accommodated in an apartment of any category.
Guests with 2 pets can be accommodated in the categories Studio+, Deluxe and Junior Suite.

3. The hotel has the right to refuse accommodation with animals without explanation.
4. Accommodation of the animal is possible only if there is a veterinary passport and vaccination certificate. The hotel reserves the right to request the provision of these documents at any time.

5. In the case of daily rent of an apartment where animal accommodation is supposed (и), взимается non-refundable additional fee will be charged in the amount of 1,500 rubles per day at ARTSTUDIO Nevsky and 900 rubles per day at ARTSTUDIO Moskovsky, a multiple of the number of pets living there, in addition to the cost of the room.
This fee covers the extra effort and time spent cleaning the room during and after your visit, because some guests may be allergic.

6. In case of long-term rent apartment (more than 30 days) accommodation with a pet is 10000 rubles/month. In case of 2 pets living in one apartment - 20000 rubles/month.

7. In the case of a long-term rental, the obligatory security payment (deposit) is returned fully ONLY after an inspection of the apartment by the management and engineering services for damage, with the provision of the appropriate certificate.

8. During moving through the corridors, in the elevators and in the lobby of the hotel, the animal should be on a leash /muzzle / or in a special carry bag/, in accordance
with the following criteria:

Animals should not be in public areas, and also walk on the apart-hotel territory . Control your pet and do not allow it to approach other guests without permission.

9. Room cleaning is done only when there is no animal or when the animal is in the cage or in the carry bag (closed) in the presence of the owner.
Please contact the Reception to arrange for a convenient cleaning time.

10. It is prohibited to wash animals in the bathroom, as well as to use towels, sheets and any textiles from the equipment of the apartment.
Please feed your pet with specialized dishes for feeding animals and do not use the dish from your apartment.

11. It is prohibited to leave the pet unattended, inside the apartment and in the common areas of the hotel. Even dogs that are usually very quiet can make noise in unfamiliar environment.
Please keep quiet as your pet may cause trouble for other guests. Remember that you are responsible (including financial) for any damage to roperty, cleaning costs, injuries
or disturbances caused by your pet.
